Do you have deep knowledge of different plant departments and how they all work together?  Can you hold your own in a conversation with a highly technical maintenance or turnaround manager? We need someone who can navigate the intricate jungle of a plant org chart and move effectively “up and down” the hierarchy.

 

BUSINESS ACUMEN

You're a master of both worlds! Whether it's running a meeting with decision-makers or working alongside end users, you effortlessly adapt to any situation. You're like a chameleon, but with a business mindset who understands how executives and plant managers think.

 

DISCOVERY + CURIOSITY

Are you able to effectively discover and map out “current” and “future” state conversations with clients to craft an initial value proposition mapped to our technology?  Hold on to your crystal ball! We need your conversational abilities to steer early stage conversations with our Ideal Customer Persona (ICP).

 

BUSINESS BUILDER

Do you have the grit to build a book of business like it’s your own company? We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for an opportunity to knock—they grab the map and go find it. You’ll self-generate meetings, build pipelines, open new doors, and turn prospects into loyal Ei believers.

But the adventure doesn’t stop at the first win. You’ll own and grow the accounts you uncover, expanding relationships and helping customers see Ei as their trusted guide through digital transformation. If you’re more hunter than farmer—but still know how to grow the treasure you find—this role is calling your name.

Can you juggle multiple accounts, tasks, and next steps without missing a beat? We need someone who can keep opportunities fresh, follow-ups moving, and momentum strong.
